I booked the 2 hour wilderness tour. Definitely get to the office at least 10-15 minutes prior to fill out your liability waiver and pay the 20.00 collision fee not that I am sure what 20.00 really covers if you did have a collision, haha We were a pretty large group split up with 2 guides Ours was Will and a total of around 7 snowmobiles per guide. We had mostly first time riders in our group but we had a good pace and everyone did just fine. The trails were a little icy in a few spots thanks to the warming weather over the past week but manageable.
The tour outfit had a couple of nice spots staked out to stop for photos and had a photographer along the trails that you could buy digital photos from at the end. There were a number of great views along the trails as we drove through.
I was solo but there were a number of dual riders and they switched over driving responsibilities in the middle. So if you are looking for that option they are very accommodating. They have a selection of boots, jackets, over clothes for those that need them and the standard helmet and goggles. Interesting fast fact, the handlebars are heated so the chances of your hands getting cold are about zero. Overall I think this is a great option for first time riders. For me I think I am going to book some additional more challenging snowmobile tours during my visit with the same tour group. The dog sledding is looking pretty interesting as well.

They were great and very professional from start to finish! Loved our guide who really went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and in control. The homemade cookies and hot apple cider in the middle of the tour really hit the spot!
Very enjoyable snowmobile adventure for 9 adults and 1 child. Communication was great, condo pickup in Creekside and tour guide, Matt was excellent. Lots of great snow and easy enough terrain for the beginners. Stopped half-way through for hot apple cider and delicious chocolate chip cookie! Would recommend to anyone visiting Whistler/Blackcomb.
Our three hour snowmobile tour was excellent fun. We were picked up from a hotel in Whistler and driven to the tour base. We rode through winding tracks in a winter wonderland. The snow mobiles we had were brand new so they were comfortable and worked well. The other group didn't have brand new vehicles, but they seemed to work just as well. We rode to a cabin and were welcomed with hot apple cider, a large German sausage and a cookie, all of which were delicious. On our way home we went to a frozen lake where we got to open the snow mobiles up and see what they could do. The whole experience was a blast and something for the bucket list, especially if you come from the tropics like us. Best advice I can give wear your ski gear if you have it. Pants, jacket, googles, gloves just warm gloves will be fine and water proof shoes. You may park your snow mobile in two feet of snow like I did. The tour guide was great about it and had me going again in no time.
This was a wonderful adventure! The staff are great all the way through and the scenery spectacular!
We had a blast on this tour. Our guide was awesome and the scenery was amazing. I would definitely recommend!!!!
Great experience!! Friendly staff and lots of fun on the mountain. Gorgeous landscape too.
i paid for two driving and had to partner up on one snowmobile. On top of that, I payed the insurance for two drivers 40.00 when there was only one driver. Tour was nothing to write home about. Just a simple ride on the trails. No off trail riding!!!
