Discover Yangon at night on a 2.5-hour walking tour through bustling markets and Chinatown’s atmospheric temples. Get a glimpse of local life as you browse secondhand stalls on Shwe Bontha Street and duck into the neighborhood’s Hindu and Buddhist shrines. Pause for a drink at a sidewalk stand and follow your guide through the narrow lanes of a fresh produce market; practice your haggling skills, sample Burmese cuisine at tiny stalls and end your trip with a cold beer at Yangon’s famed 19th street night market.
Not many visitors go to the evening street market in Yangon, but this is where you'll get an authentic taste of local life. A walking tour is the best way to experience this area, as the narrow streets are not accessible to buses, and hidden gems are best found on foot.
Tour guide was Myo, friendly and accomodating, perfect end to a day, beer and BBQ! I had to say i was a bit reluctant to eat street food for I was not very convinced the food would be clean, and I have a very sensitive stomach. But hey, all's fine! So worth to try.
went to different markets in Yangon and dinner at China town in the end, fun evening

Thanks so much. This was a great tour and a very good tour guide.
My guide Thura gave me an excellent insight into Burmese market life
as we walked through the China and India town areas. Fun time capped
by a delicious fish and beer meal on 19th street.
Felt we could have done this on our own as we are usually independent travelers, but it was fun to sit outside at the end of the tour and have dinner on the street with plenty of tasty Myannar beer,

I expected a bit more. I could have walked around on my own with Goggle maps.
