Get an early start on the day with 7–7:30am pickup at your accommodations in Jackson Hole or the Teton Village area for a day of hiking in Yellowstone.
Board a luxurious 12-passenger van for the drive to Yellowstone National Park, and enjoy the dramatic landscape through the van’s elongated viewing windows. The road to the park is one of the trip’s scenic highlights: watch for wildlife as you pass through Grand Teton National Park, and get help sighting and identifying animals from the experienced guides.
Upon arrival in Yellowstone stop at Old Faithful, a powerful cone geyser that’s become an icon of the national park, and see if you can catch one of the geyser's regular eruptions. Leave more trafficked parts of the park to hike around the Yellowstone geyser basins—while the route varies with the season, highlights often include Moose Falls, West Thumb geyser basin, Kepler Cascades, and Lewis Falls.
Throughout your time in the park, you’ll have access to binoculars, scopes, and materials on the history and wildlife of Yellowstone National Park, so you can spot and study the animals you see along the way. At the end of the afternoon, begin the return trip to Jackson Hole, where this tour concludes with drop-off at your accommodations.
