Jeff our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable, great personality, accommodating all our needs. Plenty of food and drinks. Provided binoculars. Really didn't need to bring anything with us for this tour. I would highly recommend this tour and company. Would absolutely do another tour.

I would have given them a 5 or even a six (5 being the highest) for the actual trip. Jeff, our guide and driver was great. He truly cared about everyone on board. He and the trip exceeded my expectations. I gave them a 4 because they called at 11 AM the day before to inform me I was the only one booked and they would have to cancel me. I did a lot of juggling and took the trip another day-very inconv.

Diane, our guide was friendly and became part of our family by the end of the tour. She showed us everything we thought we wanted to see, and more. Much wildlife, and a grizzly mom and two cubs were the highlight. Know that is know always possible, but made our day. When areas were crowded, she dropped us off close to entrances and we did not have to search for parking. Made the day so easy.

a bit hard to get a hold of in advance about the pick up time but overall, very informative tour! Our guide, Bobby was very knowledgeable about Yellowstone. Loved it!!
personally, i wish we had more time to spend at the gift shop tho.

This tour was amazing! This was our first time in the area. Getting picked up and dropped off at our hotel was a wonderful perk. The tour guide was so knowledgeable of the area. I loved this tour... sitting back and watching the scenery, not worrying about traffic and where to go, what to see and do. We highly recommend that you sign up for this tour!! We followed up the next day on hikes and places to eat the following day.

This tour was great! Well worth it. Jeff, our tour guide for the day, was awesome. He knew so much about the parks which made it very interesting. He knew where to look for the wildlife and gave us plenty of time to take pictures. We've already recommended this tour to friends and family.

If we had known that it was going to take 3 hours of the 12-to-13 hour tour to drive roundtrip to Yellowstone National Park from Jackson WY, we probably would not have signed up for the tour. Also, our tour guide was somewhat lacking in communication skills.

GREAT Trip!!!!! Brian is a wonderful host and guide. Great lunch too.

Though it makes for a very long day, we felt it was worth it. We saw so much, along with the wealth of information provided by our guide concerning the historyand wildlife of the parks, as well as geological explanations for them. We focused on what we could see, whether at each of the stops or from the bus, without having to worry about all of the traffic in the park, as our driver got us close at each stop, no need to find parking places, and picked us up when we finished each. In addition to the park sights, our guide and driver helped us sight a variety of wildlife bald eagles, bison, elk, etc. We were tired by the end but enjoyed it immensely. BTW. the company provided great snacks and lunch!

not good! To start with , the tour that we booked , without our knowledge did not inform us that there wasn't enough people for the tour and did not inform us. We could not get in touch with them the day before to arrange pickup which was required, sonI left a message to call us thinking that they were on a tour that day, but never heard back! Finally I got in touch with them the night before, which by the way our pickup was for 6:15 a:m, and they informed me that they did not have enough people for the tour,so they were having another tour, which did not have the amenities that we had paid for. The bus that they picked us up on was full and my wife and I did not even get to sit together, and the conditions on the bus were terrible, you could not see hardly at all. This was 12 hours of very uncomfortable traveling. I am going to try hard and get a full refund and would never recommend this tour!, which was supposed to be one of the best.
