Depending on your fitness level, choose a gentle or moderate hike. Your exact trailhead departure point in Yosemite National Park will be confirmed after booking. Meet your hiking guide and expert yoga instructor at 8:30am and get ready for an amazing adventure! Be sure to bring plenty of water, a yoga mat, snacks and a lunch.

Your unique Yosemite adventure begins with an interpretive hike to two beautifully situated glacial lakes. Your instructor will teach you about the history of Vinyasa Flow, a type of yoga that focuses on synchronizing breath and movement to improve strength, flexibility, balance, inner focus and mental clarity.

From the banks of a calm subalpine lake, lay out your mat on the durable granite surface and settle into your breathing, locating your inner peace. Your instructor will lead you through the poses, movements and postures, helping to unite your mind, body and soul amidst the stunning natural beauty of your surroundings.

After your yoga session, your senses will be reawakened, giving you a new perspective during your peaceful hike back to the trailhead.
