Taxi service to the park, not a tour

This wasn’t a tour. It was a taxi drive to the park, and then to the airport, which was convenient. The park requires guests to use their guides. Tour operator paid the fee. Due to rain, colobus and blue monkeys were fairly high in the canopy. However, it was still fun to see them, and two short walks into the mangrove and mahogany forests.

Sorry for what happened , actually it was a very late hour booking and due to your hurry for your flight we found in a very challenging situation to call back out staff to accommodate your very moment booking thus why we advised you could do earlier than your self recommended time and we had no option but to send this staff whom at that time was close to your pick up destination to quickly come and attended your request only to ensure we serve your urgent queiry. We recommend our customers to set their bookings with us a day before or atleast six hours before your tour is to be attended but also comply with our recommendation base on tour starting and ending times .
