Our tour guide, Dave, was very personable, knowledgeable & fun!! A “no pressure” kayak trip down the French Broad River. He even took pictures of us kayaking. A great day!!

It was a breathtaking and first time experience for me and my wife kayaking. David, our guide provided us important info regarding safety and proper handling of the kayak. The 5 mile plus trip thru the Asheville River was a wonderful and memorable encounter. The sound of the river current and birds chirping makes me feel very relaxed. I highly recommend this once-in-a-lifetime tour to everyone!

Kayaking on French Broad River was a blast! It was so relaxing and fun that I was dreaming about kayaking all night and thinking when I can do it again. The guide was so experienced and helpful, which made the whole kayaking (1st time for me in decades) flipping joyous.

Easy-going, beautiful route down the French Broad

I really enjoyed this casual two hour trip down the French Broad. I was looking for a quick tour that required little planning effort because it was my last day in Asheville. The meet-up spot was easy to find and the guide was very communicative leading up to the trip. It was a nice leisurely pace down the river and David was both friendly and knowledgable. Beautiful views of The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Mountains! I highly recommend it.

A fabulously picturesque and relaxing tour

Our tour guide, David was exceptional. He was very communicative prior to the tour to make sure that we met him at the right place and time. Upon his arrival, he was professional and was very conscientious about safety instructions. David is very knowledgeable and passionate about the river ecosystems and we felt very safe and comfortable kayaking with him.
