Friendly and courteous driver. Excellent communication in where to meet them when exiting the airport terminal. Was a short walk to the vehicle, which was a nice Mercedes van. Phone chargers and bottled water were provided.

Was pouring rain and the driver never came inside. I understand that it was a hectic day in the parking lot, but we were told that our driver would be inside guiding us to the car. We had to handover our phone to a French speaking person to find out where he was parked and got soaked in the rain

There are cheaper transports available. That said our driver was there when we arrived, quickly identified himself, efficiently directed us to his waiting vehicle and safely delivered us to our destination. Our granddaughter loved the Mercedes we rode in. We would gladly call on this service in the future. Only reason for a 4 rating is because as great as the service, it was pretty pricey. We had just two adults and 1 10 yr old child in our vehicle.
