Locations were great! The sand bank was beautiful, Himmafushi was quaint and local, and the snorkeling was absolutely incredible! I would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Maldives.
I would say, while the guides were nice, took photos, and were helpful, that there wasn't much information or guidance. The day was very "relaxed", which isn't necessarily bad, but just so people know what to expect.

The boat crew were late and not prepared, they showed up about a half hour late with the boat and then waited another half hr as a car showed up with water bottles and had to unload and carry to the boat. All while we sat on benches in the heat, the boat was old with benches on the sides, the toilet was in a space with a rough toilet and no paper for women. The water was warm. The crew were nice and accommodating, the sandbank was nice, the snorkeling was great but the equipment was old. The lunch was really bad, first we docked away from the main dock against a rusting old barge, we had to climb on the barge and through it to get to the dock, there was trash and debris strewn all around that we had to wade through, we then had to walk about two hundred yards just to get to the boat docking area for guest boats, we followed them to a room up some stairs where they set out a serving dish of rice and one of chicken curry, we got one glass of cane juice? A coke cost extra, it was hot and uncomfortable, not what I paid for, I should have looked for a more expensive excursion on a catamaran with a real toilet and cold drinks, a stop at a resort or restaurant for lunch would have been more exceptable!

It was a great experience. In just one trip you get to know what Maldives is all about. Amazing schedule, amazing staff. It is also very important that they are easy to get in touch with if you want to ask something before the trip.

This was the worst experience we had on Maldives Adventure Trip. The description of tour was nothing that we got, the boat Was old and overcrowded with young children and adults who could not swim, we were not able to snorkel due to the chaos on this boat. it was extremely unsafe they timing was not what was promised as we needed to go back to our cruise ship. The tour company charged us $80 to get a speed boat to get us back so we did not miss our ship departure. Regret ever booking with this company!!

Kindly refrain from targeting our company with false accusations. The tour timings were exactly as stated on Viator, and all details were clearly communicated multiple times, including the trip duration. It is disappointing to see misleading claims being made.
The tour was conducted as described, using a traditional Maldivian boat commonly used for excursions. You visited during the peak season, and larger group sizes are to be expected unless private tours are booked. Private options were available, but you chose the group tour. Regarding snorkeling, it was offered, but you opted not to participate.
As for the speedboat, it was provided free of charge, company had loss of $400. Additionally, no charges were made by us as bookings and payments were processed via Viator. Despite multiple confirmations from our reservation and transport teams about your departure time, this was not communicated to us, which created challenges on your end.
It is evident that these claims are an attempt to defame our company, as similar reviews were previously posted under different usernames by you. We take great pride in prioritizing safety and providing the best experiences for our guests. Defaming a company with such baseless allegations is truly disheartening.

Older local boat takes you to a great snorkel area, cool sand bar to walk around in waste deep turquoise water. We saw dolphins swimming alongside the boat. Lunch was local food on an island. Staff were awesome. Now, the downside. This excursion is best for younger adults. Very challenging getting back in boat after snorkeling. Not enough equipment for everyone onboard, and some of the breathing tubes on snorkels were black inside (not clean). So bad I wouldn't use one. They were not very organized. They had guests arrive late after we left dock - and we returned to get them. (Tour information said not to be late, this made the entire boat of on-time guests experience 1/2 hour delay.) Then we returned to the dock a 2nd time after discovering people on board who were not on this tour. They did not scan our tickets or have an efficient way to know who should be on the tour. We prepaid for transport from cruise ship to location of tour boat. We were told to meet driver at Presidential Jetty, but they went to Jetty 2. Had to call to find us. Return taxi ride also confusing. They just said we needed to wait for their car, but not where. There were 4 older adults who had to squeeze into a taxi for 3. So uncomfortable we asked to get out before we arrived at our destination. Again, younger, smaller adults, would have been fine. If you are a go with the flow kind of person, dont mind older boats, equipment & delays and you are relatively fit . . . this tour is a great value & they take your to awesome locations.

Firstly, our excursions are conducted using traditional Maldivian boats, which are a hallmark of the Maldives and are commonly used by both tour groups and resorts. This is clearly mentioned to guests to ensure guests know what to expect.
Regarding the snorkeling equipment, we ensure there is enough gear available for all guests. However, due to strong currents on the day of your tour, we prioritized safety by allowing smaller groups to snorkel at a time rather than having everyone in the water simultaneously. This approach ensures a safer and more enjoyable experience for all.
On the matter of timing and organization, during peak season, we cater to diverse groups, and we had clearly communicated a planned departure time of 9:30 AM. Unfortunately, last-minute arrivals required us to return briefly to the dock to ensure the right guests joined the correct groups. This adjustment took about five minutes, not 30, as stated. To make up for this, we extended the tour by 15 minutes, ensuring guests still received the full experience. Additionally, we conducted thorough headcounts and name checks to minimize any disruptions.
For transportation, our team had representatives stationed at the designated meeting points, including the Presidential Jetty and the area between Jetty 1 and Jetty 2. However, the guests were found near a tent outside these locations, which caused some confusion despite our clear instructions. On the return trip, taxis were ready after a final headcount, as per our usual process. It’s also important to note that Maldivian regulations permit up to four passengers per taxi, which complies with local laws.
Finally, we want to emphasize that this tour is suitable for all age groups. While we welcome guests of all fitness levels, private tours and transport options are always available for those seeking a more customized experience.
