Janet war wunderbar. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Tolle Geschichten aus der Geschichte der Insel Catalina. Kein Mangel an faszinierenden Menschen und ihrem Leben. Die Informationen, die Janet uns gab, machten unsere selbstgesteuerte Tour am nächsten Tag umso bedeutungsvoller.

Mir hat auch gefallen, dass wir vor der Tour nach Lebensmittelallergien gefragt wurden, damit sie alle aufnehmen können. Der Führer, Lili, war auch voller guter Informationen über die Gegend. I was lucky enough to take this foodie tour with my best girlfriends just days before our 40th high school reunion. It was a great way to see and learn about Catalina and enjoy all the best restaurants Catalina has to offer! A big thank you to Janet our tour guide! She was AWESOME! This is the 5th food tour I have been on, The guide was a bit “rehearsed” which is why I gave the tour 4 stars. Great food and lots of awesome info about the island. I would have changed the order of the tasting as as eating Carmel apples and taffy after the first course seamed odd, Put dessert at the end of the tour after the savory bites

Meh, none of the food was mind blowing. The best was the coconut margarita at the end. The tour guide enjoys what she does, but in some of the one on one conversations I thought she boardered on questionable with her views and could've kept her thoughts to herself. If you are a first timer to Catalina and looking for a way to get oriented, or a solo traveler looking to kill time, then I would recommend this tour.

The tour started off horrible because of some mix up about our confirmed reservation. They didn't have us on the schedule therefore we spent the first 30 minutes waiting to see what was going to happen. After they paired us up with another group everything was fine. Our tour guide Lili was great.
