Driver was professional, efficient and safe. We did have a little difficulty due to flight delay and some struggle with communication to rearrange our pickup time, but in the end we were able to work it out and our driver was waiting for us when we arrived.

They were outstanding! Our flight was rerouted and came in a different airport. I contacted them and Patricia was phenomenal. She was able to have the car come to Malpensa and Luca was so nice and helpful and a joy to speak with on our ride to the hotel and Center City Milan! He even suggested some places to visit and where to catch a taxi at the end of the day!! If you are traveling to Italy, I highly recommend you book with them!!
