Great airport transfer from Amr. Excellent communication texting me to say booking received and he was waiting for me at the airport with a sign with my name. Definitely a must to use this company, saves having to try to barter with the taxis at the airport. Amr was very professional and friendly and I highly recommend and will use again. 5/5 stars!

We had a very good transfer with Amr Samir. Our flight was delayed by 2hr and 30 minutes but this was not a hassle he was there waiting for us when we arrived. Would recommend this service

West bank surcharge…watch out!

There is an extra charge for West Bank drop off. This is not made completely clear, it is only listed in the itinerary, which doesn’t show up in the app, only when you view in the browser. This should really be mentioned in the Overview section or somewhere that is also visible on the app, to make it completely clear. He did wave the fee for us, which was kind, but I don’t like how the fee was hidden. Communication was very good and even though our flight was delayed, he was waiting at the airport for us at the right time. Price felt high especially for the short length of the journey, but the car was spacious and clean and we even got a complementary drink. We did also feel a bit pressured to leave a positive review. Overall, it was good though, but watch out for the surcharge.

Driver was waiting with my name written on a card. He was very courteous, he bought us water/drinks on the way to hotel. He told us the companies tours as well. We booked East Bank Tour with them (wish I did more). Our tour guide was awesome (Owf) and the same taxi picked us up from our East bank tour. Awesome experience

Some holiday reps and drivers seem to be waiting far inside the terminal by the luggage collection so a little confusing as it wasn't until we cleared the luggage area and went to exit the terminal that we saw our driver with our name on his board. As per the instructions we received. So all good, the only negative was no bottle of water was offered as advertised in the price.

Smooth pickup & transfer

We booked a return trip from outlet hotel to the airport and was very happy with the experience. Our driver was the same from our pickup and was waiting 10 minutes early at the hotel for us - texting me on WhatsApp to let me know he was outside already.
