From the main road there is a well maintained gravel track down to the picnic and camping area. We will arrive with marked Night Skies Tenerife Vans easily visible and a coach. Arrive in your own car as we move on from this location after sunset. Please ask for Kieran on arrival.

From sunset we you will follow us in your car to this location. Here we stargaze and at the end you make your own way back down the mountains.

Amazing, sunset & star gazing experience - the stars were seemingly neverending & visibility so clear. Kieran was extremely knowledgeable & all staff were very friendly. Definitely a one in a lifetime experience & highly recommended.
My only complaint would be that we were charged an additional €40 to move to the following night as I caught a sickness bug - I'd maybe understand this if we had taken up a space on the bus, but we were self-drive in our own car. I felt under the circumstances this was an unnecessary additional cost, especially as we'd already paid for a family of 4.

I was a last minute booking. I wanted to see the stars so I ended up renting a car and was given a link to a parking lot where I could watch the sunset. It was windy. They offered the people driving alcohol (I refused as Spanish drinking and driving laws are strict) and we saw the sunset. Drove further up the mountain to find out it’s too windy and they were cancelling. I don’t understand why I wouldnt be given a 100 percent refund as I drove, you gave me nothing except two spots on a mountain. Tried to appeal to sensibility of tour operator and offered to leave a glowing review of the 0 pictures they took of me but apparently a Timelapse video of the sunset justifies a 25% retention of cost. If you’re driving yourself just know that you might get scammed out of your money and get NOTHING. They don’t care as we are tourists that will never come back. Just extract money from us, cancel and scam others. If I got any value I’d say keep some of my money but this is a way they can boost numbers as the infrastructure is in place for their bus tour and they just want to get more people thru. They reuse the cups. Who knows how well they wash em (they collected em but someone had one that was obviously dirty and was dismissed when he brought it up). They ask you not to recycle em. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend.

Thank you for mentioning that we offered 75% refund as per our curtailment and cancelation policy that is visible on every single page of our website. You did not mention that we also gave you a 50% off voucher for next time you book and, FIRSTLY, offered to reschedule you for any day you wanted. When we were working out how to deal with situations arising from the unlikely event of bad weather in Tenerife (we register 300 clear or partially clear nights every year) we decided to try and apportion a % to each tour value. These are all listed very clearly on our website to look at and have served us well. Now, obviously, not 100% of people are always happy but we have also received 5* reviews for how we have dealt with cancelations in the past.
We offer everyone Cava, but we do also offer our self-drivers or anyone that doesn't drink, Fruit Juice and Water as well.
It’s a shame if you decided not to take us up on your photos but I am glad you received your time-lapse of the sunset. We do not charge any extra for services provided on the tour and despite your attempt at bribery we still sent you your links.
We do reuse the cava glasses yes. They are collected up and washed every day. The hot chocolate (that you would not have had as the tour was curtailed) would have been served in single use recycled paper cups. Whatever are you talking about a dirty cup being dismissed must have happened at the time you were turning your cava sorry I mean fruit juice down?
We are not scammers nor money grabbers, as if so, I would have kept 100% of your money and not offer 75% back. Just read our reviews and you know we are a genuine business trying to provide a great service within most people’s opinions fair policies. I do not like being threatened though as you in your manor decided. (Level 6 google reviewer LOL) Fortunately for me, I have met people like you before and am not intimidated as to your bad reviews.

Kieran, Craig and the team made this an incredibly special night. Their knowledge of Tenerife, the Milky Way and beyond made it an awe inspiring experience. They say they like to create "wow" moments, but I couldn't help but use some *stronger language* at how breathtakingly beautiful and enigmatic the views were. But. No spoilers!

Hay que ir muy bien abrigado, como para estar a cero grados y con viento. Por otro lado si eres español,tienes que esperar al intérprete español, en mi caso Fernando, que sabe muchísimo de estrellas y constelaciones. Luego lo que se ve por el periscopio no es gran cosa, exceptuando un planeta que mola bastante. Si te gusta el tema de las estrellas y demás,no te lo puedes perder, pero si ni fu ni fa, mejor que no vayas.
A mí personalmente me impresionó. A mí pareja nada. También lo del volcán es flipante, pero si te gustan esas cosas. Al igual que antes a mí me impacto mucho,mi pareja solo veía piedras.

Tolle Tour, lohnt auf jeden Fall!!! Man erfährt viel über den Sternenhimmel, die Sternzeichen und Planeten. Hans hat uns mit lustigen Geschichten gut unterhalten. Wir würden diese Tour wieder buchen.

Wir haben die Tour spontan gebucht und es hat sich auf jedenfall gelohnt. Hans unser deutschsprachiger Guide hat alles super/ lustig erklärt und hat uns dazu animiert mehr über unsere Galaxie zu erfahren. Das ganze Team hat sich bemüht uns einen unvergesslichen Abend zu bereiten, trotz den frischen Temperaturen. Warme Jacken und Kakao standen bereit. Alles in einem wir würden die Tour immer wieder empfehlen.

La observación de estrellas fue espectacular. Pero contratamos la actividad en español y la explicaciones fueron muy limitadas. La mayor parte de la actividad fue en ingles
