Make your way past the University of Tampa Campus, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, Hyde Park Village, and Bayshore Boulevard. Stop at the Tampa Convention Center to admire views of waterfront Tampa.
Pass by Amalie Arena and Water Street before a quick stop at Sparkman Wharf. Continue past the Florida Aquarium and Channel District before short stops at Ybor City and Escapology Armature Works Tampa. My husband and I booked this tour super last minute — we only had an afternoon to spend in Tampa between our cruise and our next flight — and we’re so glad we did! It turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.
Our tour guide was absolutely amazing! She made everyone feel like one big family — there were just four of us total, and she really took the time to get to know each of us, where we were from, and what we were interested in. She shared so many fun and interesting facts about Tampa that we never would have known otherwise.
Even though it was a short visit, we got to see so much more of the city than we expected. The golf cart was super comfortable and perfect for sightseeing.
We’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone — whether you have a full day or just a few hours to explore Tampa. It’s such a fun, personal, and informative experience!
