Our cruise ship was unable to dock due to weather conditions. This company learned the information before I did and immediately issued a refund. Throughout the process they kept in contact and responded to inquiries immediately. If I ever have such an opportunity in the future I would surely book with them again.

Great service when I had to cancel. The cruise ship was unable to dock, and the tour operator quickly arranged for a full refund even though it was a few hours before the tour was due to start. Very happy with the service and recommend that you can book with complete confidence .

We booked a cruise that was stopping in Tauranga and we planned to take the Hobbiton movie set to tour. From the very beginning it was an easy process to book and we received confirmation and communication from the tour company answering all of our questions. Unfortunately when we arrived the weather did not permit are ship to dock at the Port. We honestly were devastated because of this as Hobbiton was at the top of our list in reasons to come to New Zealand. I immediately reached out to see if the tour operator would be able to rebook us at a later date. We fortunately had plans to visit New Zealand at the end of the cruise. Our possible dates to visit Hobbiton were quite limited and they were unable to offer us a tour however they gave us information that was very useful in being able to book with another company.
in spite of the fact that they had over a hundred bookings they had to cancel because of the failure of the ship to dock they very quickly reached out to us with a personal message letting us know that they had already refunded our tour. It included a reply to my message and instructions on how to book for a later date with a different company.
I would highly recommend that you book with them. You can have utmost confidence that you will be well taken care of.

Modest amount of walking up and down hills. Excellent inside tour of a hobbit house. Loved the Green Dragon Pub and the beers!

This was a Top 3 excursion for us. Andy did a great job guiding and driving us to Hobbiton and back. Hobbiton itself was simply amazing. The attention to detail in creating and decorating the Hobbit houses was fantastic. We’ve visited a number of other movie sets over the years, and this one takes the prize for excellent guest experience. Our Hobbiton tour guide, Nathaniel, did an outstanding job, imparting a lot of information about the set and the movies with great humor. Highly recommend this tour!
