We had a great day! Meeting point was easy, Chris (our driver) was excellent and Anna was great. Drive to the falls was nice and the falls were magnificent. Would like to come back to explore more of the park. Quebec City was so wonderful and easy to get around. The boat ride was amazing and David (the boat guide) was extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of historical information that was really interesting. Perfect weather made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour company and itinerary. Thank you Anna and everyone involved in making our day a great memory.

Our guide gave us no info/ history on the falls or Quebec City. She told us nothing. There are people who want to sleep, but there are others like my husband and I who like to learn! I had to get online to read about the history of the falls and Quebec City. She sent a text with info in it about what to see in QC! We signed up for the boat ride. She told us nothing about it. We get there and there are only two other people going on the boat. We have to walk with her over to the boat to get the tickets. We thought she would just give us our tickets or meet us at 1:45 at the ticket office so we could at least take off and start exploring the city. So we quickly understood that the boat ride was going to be too time-consuming. She was able to cancel Our ticket, but she gave us cash back in Canadian money! There was a service charge for that and a service charge for exchanging the money into US money at the airport because we were leaving the next day. Maybe she told other people on the bus that it wasn’t worth going on for there to be only four of us to buy tickets,, but she told us nothing about it.. I’m not sure why she wants to be a tour guy because she does not enjoy talking to people. We have taken two trips around the world and have used Viator tours extensively. I recommend by a tour to anyone trying to plan a trip. But this tour was not what it could’ve been.

Jade is nice! The time planning and all arrangements is perfect. Happy to travel in Quebec City! I will join next time.

There were so many glitches. The tour guide (Jack, I think) was very hard to understand. Plus, he focused too much on the history of Quebec City rather than on what we were seeing. The rest stop half way to Quebec City was dirty and their credit card machine didn't work properly. The tour guide's insistance that we bring cash for excursions--and his service fee--was unrealistic for tourists. He forgot to turn on the built in electronics chargers until someone asked why they weren't working. By that time, the tour was almost over. Very annoying tour experience.

I recently took a tour with this company and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The bus ride itself felt unsafe — the windows were completely covered with a huge decal, making it impossible to see outside. This was especially frustrating since the tour advertises sightseeing, but we couldn’t see anything from the bus. On top of that, the driver was not smooth at all, even going as fast as 120 km/h at times.
The tour guide was kind but poorly organized and very difficult to understand. She often started walking and explaining things before the entire group had even gotten off the bus, so many people missed parts of the tour. Even when we asked her to speak louder, it was still hard to hear her during the walking tour, which meant we couldn’t follow along or understand much of what was being said. To make matters worse, she lost the tickets for the boat tour, which caused delays for everyone.
Pricing also felt misleading. For example, the cable car costs $14 round trip if you buy tickets yourself, but through the tour we were charged $35 each.
That said, Quebec City itself was beautiful — the architecture and the locals made the visit worthwhile.
In my opinion, this company is fine if you simply need transportation to and from the city. However, I would not recommend booking excursions or relying on their advertised “sightseeing” experience, since you can’t see out the bus windows or properly understand the guide.

It was great took a lot istagramable pictures. The only thing is that charging port is not working in our bus and air condition as well.

I only have great things to say about this tour. We had a great newer AC bus and driver, our tour guide (Jade) was so kind and dedicated (she was always checking to make sure our questions and needs were responded to) and the falls and Old Quebec City were so beautiful! It was a great deal too I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour! 🤩

A very well organized trip, with awesome tour guide and Bus Driver
They both were supportive and the guide kept everyone engaged and happy, the guide knows very well how to do good customer service

the tour guide was friendly, kind and awesome but the bus was awful. on the way back when it was hot, the air conditioner did not work or the driver did not turn it on and the USB ports also did not work, for both of which the driver pretended that he did not know about in advance. otherwise everything was OK. I believe a company like yours should pay more attention to these things. Thank you anyway.

Great way to get to see Quebec City for a day trip.
Not a ton of time at the falls but worth it to go up the cable and back down the stairs. Best photos from the bottom up the falls.
Lots of free time to wander around Quebec City. Was very busy but beautiful.
Didn’t get a lot from the tour but I think it all depends on the tour guide.
Found it a bit confusing about the admission to the Falls and on the ticket it says admission not included and I had read separately that it’s a good idea to book online to save time in lines but I was wrong and they want you to pay on the bus and for some reason thou I already had our tickets we still had to pay a service fee to the tour guide (kinda think that was a mistake on their part but not worth arguing over $18. Or maybe I’m wrong and it was a necessary fee?!?)
Seemed like a reasonable price to get us too and from Montreal but if you are looking for an informative tour I’m not sure if this is the one.
