It was wonderful! Our driver, Joan was such a sweet and friendly person. She was very knowledgeable and provided so much info. Our experience was a really positive one. I originally scheduled and afternoon tour, but we were able to get on a morning tour. Because of an event in downtown that would have caused difficulty in parking and meeting at the meeting point Joan picked us up and dropped us off. We were so thankful and greatful for this option they gave us. I can not think of anything to improve. Except I wish it would have lasted longer. 😊

We enjoyed getting outside of downtown Anchorage and seeing other parts of the city. This is a tour with many shopping opportunities but all of the stores are related to Alaskan culture. We learned more than we expected.

There was no sightseeing in this tour. The driver was only interested in taking everyone to various shops only for buying products. It would have been OK if there was sightseeing also but sadly there was none. After having 2 excellent tours with viator in the previous two days it was a let down. Probably a trolley tour of one hour would have been better

If you read the description that you booked it gives a details about every stop we make. All of our stops have culturally related things to do with our wonderful state. You mentioned there was no sight seeing, we both know that is untrue! We stop by Earthquake park, the Ulu factory which the trolley stops by also so would that be a let down to you also? Please read the descriptions of the tours everyone provides before booking, all tour companies are very clear on all our stops. We do hope you have a great time in Alaska but please do your research before booking

This is such a wonderful view into Alaska and mostly Anchorage. We visited many sites of interest and shops. We were given plenty of time to explore and shop. Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable.
