Our driver,Arshak, arrived at the hotel early and picked us up to the Paris Gare du Nord railway station. He was very friendly, polite and very helpful. He told us what to expect inside the station and showed us where to enter the station. This is very helpful because there is construction outside the station and the car could not pull up to the front of the station

It was so nice to use this transfer service from our hotel to the train station! The driver was prompt - actually early, which was good, as we got behind a garbage pick-up truck on the narrow one-way street that our hotel was located on. But we got to the train station in good time - even early enough to jump on an earlier train to London. I would definitely recommend this service.

Significantly overcharged for a routine taxi ride pretending to be an upmarket executive taxi

A little late not a big deal as we scheduled plenty if time, dropped us off a block away due to construction which I get but rolling through the construction with our luggage wasn’t ideal, driver didn’t want to drive around the block to open entrance. It got us there in time.

The driver was on time and safely delivered us to the train station. However - he was so quick to unload and depart that we didn't even have the opportunity to tip him. So sticking around long enough to say good day and safe travels is sometimes worth a few extra seconds. Outside of that, the service provided was professional and efficient.

Wonderful Car Sercive in Paris

Our driver was wonderful. He was prompt at arriving and despite my error in not explaining how much big luggage we had, made iit work and did not stress a bit about it. I am quite impressed in his ability to fit 3 large suitcases and 2 smaller into a Tesla and got us to the train station in time. Excellent service --but please let them know if you have a lot of luggage prior to pick up!

They do not show up on time. They say they will be at the pickup point in 10 minutes. (meaning 10 minutes late) but 10 minutes turns into 20 minutes, so i picked up another taxi because i did not want to miss my train. I want my FULL refund.

Disappointing experience

The driver came in earlier than requested, which is fine but then we felt rushed. The real issue was with the drop off. The trip was to the Gare Du Nord and the driver dropped us off about 300 meters from the station, at the beginning of Rue de Compiègne. We ended up walking with all of our luggage through a construction area there. As soon as we got closer we saw the main street- Rue de Dunkerque - in front of the station was open and people were being dropped off right at the front door. Such a disappointing experience.
