Alex did an outstanding job under difficult circumstances and got us to Charles deGaulle airport on time. For unknown reasons, the AutoRoute had been closed down and Alex tried several different alternate routes to fine one that worked. We are very happy with his efforts.

This was communicated to you before the transfer. We offered you two alternatives: either to cancel and book the correct transfer, or to proceed by paying the additional €30. You agreed to proceed with the latter option, and the transfer was completed accordingly. We hope this clarifies the situation.

Not very private!

We arrived at Nord station in Paris. We waited for over 20 minutes in the spot where we were told to do so. I had sent several messages via the app, with no response. Finally, a driver who had been standing among the other drivers, started typing into his tablet, then my name appeared on the tablet. He said he was sorry that our ride would no longer be private and we had to join another party and their drop off would be first. There were obviously too many bags for him to take with two parties, so we had to handle them. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but when you pay for a private ride with driver, that's the general expectation. We then walked nearly a half mile in 100 degrees to get to the van that had minimal air conditioning. I understand that it is not always standard for air conditioning; however, Paris was having a heat wave. The driver was nice enough and apologetic, but it doesn't change that I paid for a private ride and didn't receive what I paid for, nor was I offered a refund. The windows in the back of the van would also not roll down. Also, unlike the description or picture, we were picked up in a 10 passenger van, not a car.

The transfer from cdg to Paris centre was smooth. The driver contacted us once we landed and was waiting with my name. The van was super clean, comfortable and luxurious. The communication before the service can improve, but not a big deal.

Ambiguous wording to lure new customers. We had booked a dinner on the Seine next to the Eiffel Tower several months ago through aviator. The day of the event I saw that aviator was arranging transportation to and from your hotel which was great because we wanted to know how we were going to get a ride at 10:45pm when it was over. It advertised a one was transfer yet it sounded that the round trip could be considered a completed transaction. I asked before I paid was this one way or a round trip. Four times I asked this question because we had a one way planned. I wanted to guarantee the return to the hassle. I needed to make a decision and I asked one last time. Again no response. As soon as I paid I got a response which was no. Oh by the way due to the time remaining I was informed the transaction was NON REFUNDED. During the negotiation they said the car they provided through a third Party agreement would pick us up at 6:15pm sharp. We had to be on the river boat cruise no later than 8pm or we’d miss the boat. The driver showed up at 6:40 and I knew we were in trouble because on Friday evening in Paris the traffic was miserable. I gave the driver the instructions I received and as we got closer the traffic was at a standstill. Oh BTW the driver spoke no English. He said we could finish our trip on foot as it would be faster which was maybe 1/4 mile. I’m 77 and my legs are not strong but I couldn’t afford to lose my money for this remarkable experience. The driver left and we were on a fast pace to make it. We now had 20 minutes to find the ship which there are 18 in total on both sides of the river. We were now running and still not sure where our ship was. We asked everyone as we ran. All the answers were wrong but we were going in the only direction left. I was completely out of breath and truly thought I was going to have a heart attack. I got to the gangplank as the engines started up which was 8pm. The trip was excellent but we still had to find a ride home. Viator I will never go through what you put me and my wife through ever again. Buyer beware

Not much to really say. The driver arrived on time, came right into our hotel lobby grabbed our luggage and we were off. Much better than the ride i had a few days prior ( should’ve booked with Viator). The driver was patient being that I didn’t understand French. Nightmare

We were a family from out of the country, this driver showed up not speaking any English and did not know the address where to take us. We had a reservation for a dinner cruise by the Eiffel Tower which he did not know where it was located. This 25 minute drive turned into a 1 1/2 hour and we had to run to get on the boat at 1 minute prior to boat leaving. Then on the return before we were 10 min into the ride Police stopped him and we actually had to hire a taxi to return us to our motel. This was a nightmare and we were notified 1 day before this appt we had to give the driver an extra $40 euros both direction. Do not recommend this company.
