    Easy, non stressful, timely drive to the airport! After a long vacation., the last thing you want is to stress about your departure home being late or riddled with issues. He was prompt, friendly, polite & extremely helpful. He even escorted us into the terminal with our luggage to insure we knew where to go. It just couldn’t have been any better!

    Positive however the vehicle used had very poor air conditioning, and was dated. Driver showed up on time which was great but did not bother communicating in English, nor did he have water in the car. We asked him several times to turn on the AC which he basically ignored.

    Let's give you a small lesson : Mercedes-Benz V-class 2023 is dated ? A/C control is with you on top of your head ... Water is always available and mandatory in our vehicles but maybe you missed it like the A/C control ... Did you mentioned that on a 4 passengers booking you arrived with 5 people without informing us ? We didn't charged you any extra no ? And on the departure day you were 20 minutes late at the hotel ? No apologies nothing ... Not our fault if you were frustrated with your job at the Paris Air Show ... Be professional you had the same conditions for this round trip so if the arrival was ok the departure also ... Just your own mindset ! Stay safe at home ! Travelling is not a gift for all ...

    the chauffeur likes to smoke a lot, thereby the cab had a cigar stench. At least the windows were open. He arrived earlier than established which was a good thing.
