We had an amazing time with Go Hawaii Watersports! Although we left a few minutes late due to final check-ins (there were about 50 of us or a little more), it was completely understandable. The boat was super clean, the staff was absolutely amazing, and they even offered complimentary snacks. They took music requests and really set a fun vibe—some of the staff even came down and danced with us! The fireworks went off beautifully, and the young crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Out of 10, I honestly give them a 12. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting!

The sunset portion of the cruise was canceled with no notice. We arrived to go on the sunset cruise and informed that we would be leaving an hour later than planned and only see fireworks for 5 minutes. We canceled as did many others who were equally frustrated to have been misled. We did request a full refund.

its a good experienced, the only thing is too long hanging on the ocean to watch a 5 minute fireworks.

A lot better explanation on location of meeting location spent 2 hrs walking around never located so totally lost out on event I only wish you had. Booking stated there would be no $7 fuel surcharge yet I was charged $14 for both my friend and I at check-in AND it also stated that there would be an underwater viewing room to see marine life below, there wasn’t !

We kept hearing that the best way to watch the Friday fireworks was from the water. Viator had a great option with Go Hawaii Watersports on a catamaran. We arrived at the dock about 6 pm and the line to the check-in was very long. It was no fault of GHW; it was because nobody ready a freaking email fully anymore. They had to complete their waivers at the dock instead of prior. Okay, enough of that.
We were ushered down the dock to this lovely boat. There were numerous dem hands to help us on board. We grabbed a seat up top. Although the website suggested BYOB, quickly the captain advised all the drinks and snacks were free! A
There were Mai Tias and various soft drinks as well as bagged sweet and salty snacks. Hard to believe they could do this for such a reasonable price. The entire crew was great! They took customer pictures and delivered Mai Tais and snacks, even on the upper deck as the boat bobbed in the water.
The tour did not disappoint. There was a beautiful sunset and we could see the city and Diamond Head in the distance. The night turned into a family party with everyone laughing and chatting with each other and the crew.
And no joke - it was the place to see the fireworks. So good from that angle. Wonderful end to end. Use Go Hawaii Watersports for this and any other watersport needs. You even get a 20% discount on future bookings!
